1. Digital Product Delivery

  • All digital products (including the Nurse Leader Toolkit, guides, add-ons, and resources) are delivered electronically via email or download link immediately after purchase.

  • Once the product has been accessed or downloaded, it is considered “delivered.”

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the instant accessibility of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, exceptions will be made in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once.

  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access your product due to a technical error on our part (e.g., broken link, corrupt file), and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days.
